DU House Getting a New Look

This fall we are planning to do some renovations to our house. The house is in need of some improvements and it should be great when it is all finished. The plan is to do outside improvements this fall like Siding, windows and a new roof. The inside will be done over Winter Break. Most of the members will probably have to move out over this period. Right now we are talking about getting new carpet, bathrooms, doors, plumbing and electrical work. Matt Adams is a contractor here in Grand Forks and is an Alumnus of the North Dakota chapter. We are also planning on doing some landscaping and adding some security features to the chapter house. It should look great when it is all done.
